Tears” “I Want To Commit Suicide” -Conrad Murray

Ummm BRAH if you were going to commit suicide you wouldn’t be talking about it, so stop with you feel sorry for me SH*T. Let’s be HONEST you did this to yourself, you are the only one to blame for your actions…at the end of the DAY you liked that money you were getting, look where the root of all evil ended up taking you. Now he is telling everyone he has NO will to leave, what exactly did you think was going to happen? Oh, my bad since this is HOLLYWOOD you thought you would make like LILO aka LINDSAY LOHAN…yea NOPE!!!

TMZ reports — Dr. Conrad Murray has been telling people who have visited him in jail … he no longer has the will to live and he wants to kill himself.

We’re told Murray cannot cope with the fact that he was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter, and even though his lawyers told him he needed to be prepared for the possibility of a guilty verdict, it never computed with him.

Sources tell us, Murray has told various people he wanted to kill himself, including baby mama Nicole Alvarez, his bodyguard Jeff and his lawyers.  He’s told all of them he’s lost his will to live.

We’ve also learned Murray remains in the medical ward at L.A. County Jail, which is where he’s been for more than a week. Sources directly connected with Murray tell us he has no physical ailments and he is there because he’s on suicide watch.  <<<your scared a** just doesn’t want to become someone’s B*TCH in jail

Steve Whitmore, the spokesperson for the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept., tells TMZ they will not comment on why Murray has been in the medical ward, adding, “A person’s medical or mental health status in the Los Angeles County Jail is protected under the law.”

Justice SERVED: “Conrad Murray Guilty In Death Of Michael Jackson”

I don’t know if a MAXIMUM of four years will ever do justice for killing the KING of POP…SMH!!!

LA Times reports —Michael Jackson’s personal physician has been found guilty of involuntary manslaughter for causing the pop icon’s 2009 death by a powerful surgical anesthetic.

The verdict against Dr. Conrad Murray comes after a jury of seven men and five women  deliberated for about nine hours over two days. The 58-year-old cardiologist, who was charged with the lowest possible homicide offense, faces a maximum sentence of four years in state prison and a minimum sentence of probation.

Murray now also faces the probable loss of his medical license. California authorities already suspended his right to practice, but medical boards in Nevada and Texas agreed to wait to evaluate licenses he holds in their states until after the criminal case.

Over a four-week case, prosecutors painted Murray as a deceptive and incompetent doctor who abandoned his medical judgment in complying with Jackson’s request to be given a surgical anesthetic to put him to sleep.

Witnesses testified to many egregious medical missteps -– giving propofol in an unmonitored setting, fumbling at basic resuscitation, keeping no records –- failures that experts said directly led to Jackson’s overdose death.

As his famed patient stopped breathing and suffered cardiac arrest under the influence of propofol, jurors were told, the doctor chatted on the phone and sent and received email and text messages. And in the crucial moments after he discovered the singer had stopped breathing, he delayed calling for help and lied to paramedics and emergency doctors, witnesses said.

Central to the government’s case were the doctor’s own words from a police interview two days after Jackson’s death. In the 2-1/2-hour tape, Murray admitted to giving the singer the propofol -– caving after Jackson repeatedly begged for it, he said -– as well as two other drugs earlier in the day.

Admissions in the interview were enough evidence of the doctor’s guilt, witnesses said. But the prosecution’s star witness also said levels of the drug found during an autopsy showed Murray lied about how much propofol he administered. Dr. Steven Shafer, a renowned anesthesiologist and propofol expert, said the only plausible scenario was that Murray left a large drip of of the anesthetic running into Jackson’s blood after he was dead.

The doctor’s defense presented to jurors an alternate theory pointing the blame at Jackson himself. Under mounting pressure to perform and addicted to a painkiller that rendered him completely unable to sleep, the pop star swallowed a sedative and injected himself with propofol -– a mixture that killed him instantly, they contended.

No defense witness, however, addressed head-on a point the prosecution’s medical experts repeatedly drove home: that even if Jackson died by his own hand, Murray was equally liable for leaving Jackson alone.

Defense attorneys called to the stand former patients of Murray’s who countered the government’s portrayal, calling him a caring, skilled physician who treated low-income patients for free.

“We Could Have Saved MJ” – L.A.F.D. (Paramedic Testifies)

This just makes me sad, I don’t want to post too much on this because I think that it is very sensitive to a lot of people. Most importantly I think it’s private :( but I just came across this on TMZ & I felt the need to post it. You can watch it live by CLICKING HERE!

One of the paramedics who rushed to save Michael Jackson‘s life at 100 N. Carolwood Drive just testified … if Murray would have called 911 immeidately, Michael Jackson’s life might have been saved.

Richard Senneff said Murray told him he called 911 the second he realized MJ was in distress, when in fact there was a 20 minute delay.

Senneff said had Murray called earlier there was a good chance EMT’s could have restarted Michael’s heart.

Senneff said when he hooked up the EKG machine onto MJ, there was a flatlined.

* Senneff said 911 call came in at 12:22 pm. He arrived at MJ’s house 4 minutes later.
* When he walked into the room, he saw Murray, MJ and the bodyguard.
* Senneff said Michael was wearing PJs and seemed underweight.
* MJ was being moved to the floor as Senneff walked in. He said Murray was “frantic.”
* He noticed an IV stand with an IV bag hanging on it.
* He asked Murray what the patient’s underlying health condition was three times before Murray said there was none.
* He said that didn’t make any sense… there was an IV stand in the room and other equipment.
* When he asked what medications he was taking, Murray lied to saying he hadn’t taken anything… then said he did give him a little Lorazepam.
* At that point the other paramedic, Martin Blount, successfully performed an intubation on MJ.
* Senneff says there were too many inconsistencies with Murray’s account… MJ was too cold to the touch his eyes were dialated and the EKG showed a flatline.
* After administering another round of starter drugs, there was still no change in MJ’s condition.
*  Right as they were about to give up, Dr. Murray said he felt a pulse in the right side of MJ’s groin.
* But when Senneff looked at the monitor all he saw was movement conistent with CPR.
* Senneff ordered everyone to stop CPR to see if there was in fact a pulse and the monitor, again, showed a flatline.
* He then checked again to see if there was a pulse. There was none.

Michael Jackson’s Kids (Paris & Prince) Want To Testify In Mansluaghter Trial

I don’t know how I feel about this, they are children. I am sure they are traumatized & want justice along with everyone else. Given it is very BRAVE of them, I am still on the fence about this. I don’t think I would allow my child to testify, I would be afraid of what emotions it may or may not bring out. How do you feel about it? Do you think it’s a smart move?

Michael Jackson‘s two eldest children, Prince Michael and Paris, have told their grandmother Katherine they want to testify in the manslaughter trial of the doctor accused of killing the pop superstar with an overdose of a powerful anesthetic, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

A Jackson family insider said: “Katherine is resisting the move, because she knows how traumatic it would be for them, but both Prince Michael and Paris have said they want to tell the jury what they saw on the day their father died.”

RadarOnline.com has learned the King of Pop’s sister LaToya has privately declared her support of the children’s stance to take the witness stand against Dr. Conrad Murray.

Murray is charged with involuntary manslaughter in the Thriller singer’s death on June 25, 2009, at age 50.

“Both LaToya and Katherine agree, however, that Blanket should not testify as he is too young,” the source said.

Prince and Paris are determined to take the stand, though. Ultimately, I don’t believe Katherine will deny them that chance, even though she doesn’t want them to and has told them so. The kids have said they don’t want their father’s legacy to be tarnished by the trial and they believe their evidence will help convict Doctor Murray.

“LaToya has said it would be good for the children to, ‘Get what is inside them, out of them.’ She feels it is a way for them to release the hurt. Above all though, she believes her brother was murdered and what Prince Michael and Paris could tell the jury, would inevitably help convict the doctor.”

A second source close to the legal proceedings confirmed to RadarOnline.com they too had been told Prince Michael and Paris wanted to testify, but predicted only one of them would be called — and only if “things were going bad” in the trial for prosecutors.

Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket were all included on a potential witness list passed out to the jurors in an attempt to ascertain their familiarity with the family. Also listed were siblings Janet, LaToya, Jermaine, Marlon, Rebbie, Tito and Randy as well as parents Katherine and Joe Jackson.

If the teenage star witnesses were called, it could be problematic for prosecutors, who have said Murray caused Jackson’s death by giving him the powerful anesthetic propofol as a sleep aid at the singer’s Los Angeles mansion and not properly monitoring him.

As the source close to the Jackson clan has said: “Prince and Paris adored Doctor Murray and thought he was a God send for their father. It was only after their father’s death that they formed a subsequent opinion of him. Both Prince and Paris could take the stand and wind up providing evidence which supports the doctor.”

Another source familiar with the inner workings of the legal case said the children could be cross examined about whether their father had long-standing drug addictions.

That source said: “After saying goodbye to her dad at the hospital, Paris is said to have remarked, ‘My daddy is so cold again. He was always cold. He would sit by the fire to get warm. We were always afraid he would fall in as he was so close to the flames. He couldn’t get warm. Now there he is… so cold.”

Prince and Paris knew their dad relied on Dr. Murray to survive and knew their father adored him. Their comments could save him from jail because it would work well in the eyes of a jury.”

The Jackson family insider said Prince Michael, if he testifies, would tell court how he walked into his father’s bedroom in the middle of his doctor’s doomed attempts to revive him.

Murray has insisted Prince Michael and Paris were bundled from the room after the star’s daughter burst into tears and screamed ‘Daddy’.

Murray — who was hired as the late singer’s personal doctor to assist Jackson in preparing for a series of planned comeback concerts in London — has pled not guilty to involuntary manslaughter.

Opening statements are scheduled to begin Tuesday before Judge Michael Pastor in Los Angeles Superior Court. A jury of seven men and five women was selected last week.

Michael Jackson’s Mom & Kids to Score $30 MILLION

A huge development in the Michael Jackson Estate case.  The Executors have done so well making money for the Estate since Jackson died, they want to fund the Michael Jackson Trust to the tune of $30 million for the benefit of Katherine Jackson and Michael’s 3 kids.

TMZ has obtained court documents in which co-Executors John Branca and John McClain are asking the court’s permission to fund the trust.  According to the docs, the Estate generated more than $310 million in gross revenues as of December 31, 2010 — that’s the latest accounting.

In addition to funding the trust, the Executors are asking the court’s permission to sell the longtime family home on Hayvenhurst Avenue in Encino, CA.  According to the docs, Katherine wants to sell the house and, although no price is mentioned, the property was valued at $4,150,000 when Michael died.

The docs say Katherine wants the Estate to purchase another home and she’s eying several properties, but we’re told the home she really wants is the Calabasas house in which she and the kids are currently living.

PS. May be I should have pawned my child off as one of his kids, since the 3 that are “supposed” to be his LOOK nothing LIKE him!!! SMFH
